The accommodation was recently built and offers everything your heart desires with the latest construction standards. Look forward to amenities such as a Smart TV and high-speed internet, perfect for home office use. The fully equipped apartment leaves nothing to be desired even for long-term guests.

The 65 sqm holiday apartment features an open, spacious living and sleeping area with a king-size box spring bed and a comfortable couch, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, dishes, and a refrigerator, as well as a modern bathroom including a washing machine and walk-in shower. Next to the bed, there is a children's bed (70-140cm) and a high chair in the dining room, along with dishes for a child. Towels and bed linen are provided. Since the apartment does not have openable windows, a modern ventilation system has been installed to ensure a constant supply of fresh air.

Due to its central location, numerous cultural opportunities and outstanding dining options are within walking distance. Due to the location, noise disturbances cannot be ruled out. Therefore, we do not recommend the accommodation for noise-sensitive guests. In this case, we recommend our holiday apartments located at the back of the building, which are quieter.
