You will find the Kostecki holiday apartment by following Soonwaldstraße for about 800 m after turning into the village at the traffic lights from B 41. On the left side, there is a park, and on the right side, a hairdresser.

Before the hairdresser, turn right into Niederviertel, follow for about 50 m, and a light blue house with a PV system is set back on the right, with a paved courtyard in front and a garden on the side.

The Kostecki holiday apartment is located in the center of Monzingen. Our holiday apartment is accessible from the first floor via an external staircase and a separate entrance. A bakery, a restaurant, and a butcher are within a few minutes' walk. When building the zero-energy house in 2020, we placed great emphasis on sustainability and ecology, which is why it was built with wooden bricks and insulated with cellulose and wood fiber boards, creating a great living atmosphere. Heating is provided by an infrared heater on the ceiling, and hot water is produced via instantaneous water heaters in the kitchen and bathroom. The energy supply is provided by a private PV system.

The final cleaning is included in the total price.

The following services are available for an additional fee:

- We offer our guests the option to charge their electric car at a dedicated charging station. This will be charged at an additional flat rate of €25.00 per charge.

- Dogs are only allowed upon request and will be charged an extra €10.00 per day.
