We offer 3 possible overnight stay options:

3-Night Stay (Weekend): Arrival on Fridays, Departure on Mondays

4-Night Stay: Arrival on Mondays, Departure on Fridays

7-Night Stay: Arrival on Mondays and Fridays - Departure on Mondays and Fridays

If you book for more than 7 nights, an interim cleaning can be requested at a price of €64.

The booking price includes a deposit of €250. We will refund this directly to your account after the final cleaning has been completed.

Directions:
Coming from the Hunsrückhöhenstraße (B 407) (turn off after the gas station), turn right into the village and follow Hochwaldstraße, which seamlessly becomes Bahnhofstraße and is called Trierer Straße after the bending priority road Brückenstraße and from the area of the Alten Mühle. Immediately behind the Alten Mühle, about 30 m, turn right into Bergstraße. Follow it for about 250 m; then you will see your holiday apartment on the left side.

Please feel free to park your car in front of the house. Either you will be personally welcomed by us or you will find the key to your holiday apartment in the key safe. You will receive the password in advance and only personally.

Welcome to our holiday apartment "Fenomina", quietly located in the beautiful spa town of Kell am See.

Here you can relax, whether with family or as a group, in our holiday apartment with a total of 116 m² of living space, you will find enough space to relax and feel good. You are welcome to bring your dog (max. 2 pets).

In front of the house, there is plenty of parking space and a terrace where you can grill (upon request). You can charge your e-bikes in front of the house; afterwards, you may store them in the hallway or in the garage.
In no time, you can walk to the charming reservoir, which you can circle for a length of about 2 km.
Many hiking tours also start in the immediate vicinity of your holiday apartment; you can reach the forest after a good 1 km walk.
Various leisure activities, such as horseback riding, mini-soccer facility, water treading pool (from the summer months), boardwalk over the Weyrichsbruch (a raised bog), and much more, as well as restaurants in the village itself and by the lake, round off the leisure program.
In the village, you will find a supermarket, as well as a butcher and bakery, and in summer, an ice cream café ensures that you can supply yourself in the shortest way possible.
