Booking conditions and General Terms and Conditions

Service

The prices are generally quoted per person and per night and are inclusive of VAT. Not included are, for example, tourist tax and additional costs. These are to be paid on site.

Up to 2 children aged 0-3 years stay free of charge (as long as they sleep in the parents' room).

Dogs are welcome. A maximum of 2. We charge a dog fee of €10 per day per dog.

Cancellation

The accommodation contract can be terminated at any time by unilateral written declaration. Please note that we charge the following fees for cancellations. The date of the postmark applies. For cancellations made before the 42nd day, we charge a processing fee of €20.00 per booking. For cancellations from the 42nd day to the 22nd day before the start of the trip, 40% of the travel price may be charged. If the cancellation is made later than 21 days before the start, 80% of the travel price may be charged. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Payment

After receiving the booking confirmation, a deposit must be made within 8 days. The deposit is to be transferred by the responsible person for all accompanying travelers. The remaining amount for the stay is to be paid in cash on site or as separately agreed.

Liability

The provisions of the Civil Code apply. The conditions agreed upon at the time of booking are binding for both contracting parties. If you have any reason for complaint, please do not hesitate to inform us directly. We will do our best to provide immediate remedy. Later complaints cannot be accepted. Claims for damages are to be directed to us directly.

Miscellaneous

The person responsible is liable for damages caused intentionally or negligently. We cannot accept liability for lost items.

Data Protection

With the conclusion of the booking, data is collected in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act. This data is necessary for processing your booking. If you do not wish for your address data to be stored, please let us know. We will arrange for the immediate deletion of your data from our address management. There will be no transfer to third parties.

Over 30 years ago, we started with our family-run horse farm, located in the small wine village of Weiler with 500 inhabitants in the district of Unterauerhell. Nestled in the Nahe Valley and surrounded by vineyards and mixed forests, you are closely connected to nature here.

Initially, we operated the small horse farm only for our own horses, and gradually guest horses were added.

Enthusiastic about trail riding and a love for hospitality, we converted our old wine tasting room into a trail rider room and lounge, and from then on hosted riders, carriage drivers, and their horses looking for a roof over their heads during their ride.

Since the beginning of 2023, we can accommodate not only our rider friends in our guesthouse Unterauerhell but also all other nature lovers, outdoor sports enthusiasts, those seeking peace, and families with children.

Weiler is a small wine village located in the beautiful Nahe Valley at the southern edge of the Hunsrück. In just 3 minutes you are on the B41 and can start either towards Bad Kreuznach or Idar-Oberstein. Our home is hilly with plenty of forests, fields, and vineyards. Nature lovers will find everything they desire here. It’s a place to let your soul dangle and enjoy. In the village, there is a bakery that offers fresh baked goods every morning.

Nearby are the towns of Bad Sobernheim and Kirn with many attractions, great shopping opportunities, and leisure activities (swimming pools, barefoot paths, skywalk, a good network of hiking and cycling paths, ...)
