Wine Tavern We combine the cozy atmosphere of our family-run wine tavern in the winery with fine, upscale cuisine. Our regional dishes and local specialties made from fresh ingredients harmonize with our wines. We do not claim the high standards of a star restaurant, but we certainly want to cater to connoisseurs and gourmets. "Der Feinschmecker" ranks our wine tavern among "the 300 best country inns." Winery Wine growing has been a tradition in our family since 1708. A tradition that we lovingly maintain in our manor house built in 1830 and in the vineyards. We have appreciated and respected nature for generations, as it provides the basis for our daily work. Through nature-friendly cultivation in the vineyard and near-natural vinification, our wines acquire a distinctive character. Our family-run winery is among the best wine producers in Germany: The Association of German Prädikat Wine Estates (VDP) accepted us as a member of the Nahe wine region in 1992.
