Welcome to your cozy holiday home on the quiet outskirts of town!
The spacious, non-smoking house with 109 m² is situated on a completely dog-proof fenced property of 950 m² and offers ideal conditions for a relaxing stay with up to 4–5 people.

Look forward to two separate single bedrooms as well as a light-flooded winter garden with a dreamy star view and a comfortable 1.40 m wide bed – perfect for restful nights. The spacious living room with a sofa bed invites you to linger and flows harmoniously into the dining area.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle, among other things. The bathroom is equipped with a barrier-free shower and a hairdryer, and an additional separate guest toilet is available.

Entertainment is well taken care of: Wi-Fi, TV with Magenta Stream (including Netflix, Disney+, RTL+ etc.) in the living room and in one bedroom, a DVD player with a large selection of films, books, and classic board games are ready for you. Towels and bed linen are, of course, included.

In the outdoor area, you will also find a well-kept garden with cozy seating options – ideal for relaxing. Two parking spaces are also available for you.

The house is heated by a cozy pellet and wood stove. Up to two dogs are warmly welcome.

Minimum stay: 3 days.
