Welcome to the DTV 4-star holiday apartment at the historic Wickenpfädchen – where vineyards whisper and the Rhine invites you to dream. Here, in the idyllic Binger district of Büdesheim, you will find an oasis of tranquility away from the main road, nestled between vineyards and the romantic Middle Rhine Valley. Enjoy walks and hikes through nature, cycling tours along the Rhine, or cultural excursions in the surrounding area: Around 40 castles line the valley, charming wine festivals bring joy to life, and attractions such as the Klopp Castle, the Museum am Strom, or the Rochus Chapel are just a few minutes away. Bingen is considered the gateway to the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley – an ideal starting point for discoveries, culture, and enjoyment.

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer.
Arrival is possible from 3 PM to 6 PM. Departure is possible until 10 AM.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation. Please contact us in advance for arrangements.
The key handover takes place personally on site.
Pets are not allowed.

Welcome to Bingen Büdesheim! Surrounded by vineyards, we invite you to feel completely at home in our cozy holiday apartment and enjoy a relaxing break alone or as a couple - with wine, culture, and culinary delights.

On the day of departure, please leave the apartment clean. Clean and return all cooking utensils and appliances, empty the waste bins, and clear out the fridge/freezer. I reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning if these conditions are not met. The apartment will be handed over clean and tidy with complete inventory. If there are any defects or if they occur during the rental period, I must be informed immediately. The tenant is liable for any damages caused to the apartment and also for the fault of their travel companions. This includes costs for lost keys. Damages caused by force majeure are excluded from this liability. The inventory must be treated with care and is only intended for use within the apartment. In case of contractual violations such as subletting, over-occupancy, disturbance of the peace, etc., the contract can be terminated without notice. The rent already paid will remain with me. Parking in the courtyard under the balcony, as well as opening/closing the courtyard gate, is done at the user's own risk. Charging of electric cars is not permitted. If liability insurance exists, any damage must be reported to the insurance company. I must then be provided with the name, address, and insurance number. No subletting. I am entitled to withdraw from the contract if the fulfillment of the contract is not possible due to force majeure or circumstances for which I am not responsible. In this case, liability is limited to the refund of costs. Further compensation for damages is not due to the tenant. The tenant and travel companions agree to the processing and storage of their data.
