From here, you can reach the Rhine promenade, boat docks, wine taverns, and top viewpoints like Burg Stahleck, Wernerkapelle, Blücherblick, and Heinrich-Heine-Blick within a few minutes on foot.

Conditions & Inclusions

Included in the price: Final cleaning, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and additional costs (heating, water, electricity).
Pets: Welcome. A flat fee of 30 € per stay applies.
Families: We provide a baby cot/children's travel bed and high chair free of charge upon request (please indicate when booking).
Non-smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
Parking: Public parking options are located nearby.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions apply to contracts for the rental of holiday apartments for accommodation as well as all other related services and deliveries of the landlord.
2. Conclusion of Contract A contract is concluded by acceptance of the guest's booking request by the landlord. Acceptance is made in writing via email.
3. Payment After receiving the booking confirmation, a deposit of 100% of the total amount is due within 7 days. For short-term bookings (less than 14 days before arrival), the total amount is due immediately.
4. Arrival and Departure On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 3:00 PM. Departure must take place by 11:00 AM. Deviations require prior agreement.
5. Cancellation by the Guest (Cancellation) In case of cancellation by the guest, the following cancellation conditions apply:
• Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
• Up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
• Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total price
6. Guest Obligations The accommodation and its inventory must be treated with care. Damages incurred during the rental period must be reported to the landlord immediately. The maximum number of persons must not be exceeded.
7. Landlord Liability The landlord is liable for the proper provision of the accommodation. Liability for damages not based on intent or gross negligence is excluded.
8. Pets Pets are only allowed with the prior express consent of the landlord.
9. Data Protection Personal data is used exclusively for contract processing and treated confidentially.
10. Final Provisions Changes and additions to the contract must be in writing. German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the landlord, unless legally permissible.
