The holiday apartment (110m²) on the upper floor of our residential building has 1 bedroom with a double bed (2x2m) and a baby bed. In the 2nd spacious bedroom, there is a French bed (1.40x2m) as well as a bunk bed (top 0.90x2m sleeping area for a child, bottom 1.40x2m). Bathroom with double sink, WC, and shower, dining room, kitchen, living room, and balcony. Kitchen amenities: fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo machine, sandwich toaster ... Bicycle storage available, as well as charging options for e-bikes. No pets allowed. Non-smoker. Children up to and including 2 years free.
INCLUSIVE: 1 set of towels and bed linen, water, electricity, heating, final cleaning
EXCLUSIVE: Towel change 4€, bed linen change 5€, deposit 100€ in cash upon arrival
If both bedrooms are used despite 2 persons, an extra fee of 10€/day will apply.
