In the holiday apartment "Gartenschläfer", history meets modernity: With natural materials like clay and wood, the hosts have breathed new life into an old barn. Timber framing made of oak with added glass ensures plenty of light in the open living and sleeping area, and a wood stove keeps the apartment warm and cozy even in winter. The approximately 65 sqm loft is spread over two open levels: On the ground floor, there is the living and dining area and kitchen, while the double bed and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower are located on the second level. The approximately 45 sqm terrace with a view of the meadows and south-facing orientation invites you not only to relax: From here, you can observe migrating cranes in spring and autumn, as well as daily circling red kites or kestrels. With a bit of luck, you might also spot the namesake of the apartment in the cracks and crevices of the old walls in the evening.
The apartment is designed for two guests, with additional guests possible upon request and for an extra charge (sofa bed, "mattress camp" on the loft). Please note: It is a studio apartment.
Hunting opportunities available upon request (including purchase of the hunted game if desired).
