Final cleaning, bed linen, towels, initial supplies (toilet paper, kitchen towel, coffee filters), washing machine in the apartment, use of dryer on request, as well as parking space are included.

 There is also a storage option for bicycles or winter equipment.

This is a non-smoking holiday apartment on the ground floor of a two-family house with kitchen, living room, bathroom including WC and shower, as well as two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, one of which can be converted into a third bed. A balcony and garden area are also available for our guests. The pure living area is approximately 75 sqm.

The former goldsmith's workshop has been lovingly converted into a modern holiday apartment, integrating some machines/items from the goldsmithing trade into the apartment.

The apartment is located in a residential/commercial building built in the 60s and 70s. It is very bright and generously laid out and is situated in a district not far from shopping opportunities, restaurants, as well as sights and leisure activities, such as hiking and cycling paths.

The city bus stops almost at the door. A train station in the Oberstein district can be easily reached, as well as other collection points, such as a bus transfer to the national park.

Both the living room and the bedroom with the double bed are equipped with a television. The kitchen has an oven and a microwave as well as a ceramic cooktop. A washing machine is also integrated into the kitchen. The refrigerator is equipped with a freezer compartment.

For arrival - in case no one is on site - a key safe is available.
