The apartment covers approximately 120m² and is designed for two people. It features a communicative living/cooking/dining/sleeping area, an appealing bathroom, and a cozy rooftop terrace with a view of the central 30-meter-high chimney, whose foundation rests in the center of the entire building.
There is also the possibility of using Wi-Fi/TV. Two light objects by the Berlin glass artist Harald Floren significantly contribute to a particularly stylish atmosphere, rounding off the overall impression of harmonious architecture.
