The accommodation is located directly in the immediate vicinity of the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig and the dream loop "Heimat" and is thus perfectly suited for hiking, enjoying nature, and experiencing a nice break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In the summer months, a visit to the freshly renovated outdoor pool in Gemünden is highly recommended.

The rivers Rhine or Moselle can be reached by car in about 40 minutes, and the Nahe River in about 20 minutes. In about 30 minutes, you have the opportunity to explore the sensational suspension bridge Geierlay.

At the exit of the village towards Mengerschied, there is a shopping opportunity for daily needs as well as a bakery. There are also several restaurants, a hairdresser, and a pharmacy in the village.
Further shopping and dining options can be found in Kirchberg, about 10 kilometers from Gemünden.

Your dog is also a welcome guest and can join you for €5 per night. When booking the accommodation, you must include your four-legged friend.
