The Martin holiday apartment is located in a holiday home in the Himmelberg holiday park. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a balcony and can be accessed via a separate entrance.

The Himmelberg holiday park is about 1 km from the center of Thalfang and can be easily reached via a footpath. The central town of Thalfang invites you to visit the recreation and health center with a spacious, modern sauna landscape. The Erbeskopf, the highest elevation in Rhineland-Palatinate, attracts all winter sports enthusiasts to its 3 ski slopes in winter,
but is also a worthwhile destination in summer with its summer toboggan run, high ropes course, trail park, and the Hunsrückhaus as a nature and environmental education center.

The surrounding area of the Thalfang holiday region at Erbeskopf offers excellent hiking opportunities for hiking enthusiasts, such as the Saar-Hunsrück Trail, which is about 5 km away, and the particularly classified dream loops. The surrounding area also invites visits to the gemstone metropolis of Idar-Oberstein, the medieval Bernkastel-Kues on the Moselle, and the oldest city in Germany, Trier.
