The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house in a quiet area about 4 KM from the center of Idar-Oberstein. Right in front of the door is the premium hiking trail "Around the Kama".
The holiday apartment has two bedrooms, a living-dining area with kitchen, a bathroom, and a guest toilet. The apartment is on the ground floor, with four steps up to the front door, otherwise on the same level, and has real wood parquet as well as tiles. Next to the entrance door is a guest toilet, next to it a bedroom with a bed, wardrobe, and shelf. Through a hallway with a wardrobe and mirror, you enter the living-dining room, which has a TV, stereo system, and a cozy seating area, shelves with books and a collection of games. In the same room is the dining area with a table and four chairs, as well as the kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is equipped with complete dishes and cutlery. Through the terrace door with a large window, you access the fenced terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal grill. Next to the living room is the bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed, and a wardrobe. From the bedroom, you enter the bathroom with a shower, sink, mirror cabinet, WC, washing machine, and dryer.
