Attention, important for the validity of the booking: For ALL bookings, a direct phone call from the tenant/guest to us or our landlord's mobile phone 0151 53153565 is necessary within the next three days for the validity of the booking to definitively confirm the booking in conversation, clarify arrival details, bed details, total price, and ensure a smooth arrival. In this case, you will receive a corresponding definitive confirmation by email from us if you provide us with your email address. For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, this phone call to us is necessary on the same day of booking or within 24 hours for the validity of the booking.

Further notes: The apartment is a simple holiday apartment; it is not "childproof" if understood in the sense of idiot-proof. The apartment has rural charm, but it requires a reasonable use of the - even older - furniture and items and also the electrical installations/outlets, which is normally possible for children.
Otherwise, this holiday apartment is not the right one for you.
Due to dangers, garden use is not permitted or only possible with special arrangement before arrival and at your own risk - largely natural, often "unkempt" garden with a small stream, railway embankment, and fall hazards -
