The project Bäcker-Biber-Bildung unites under one roof the family traditional business "Die Backstuff", the holiday apartments Nautilus, mine, and Biberburg, a common lounge/seminar room, and the opportunity to participate in numerous courses, such as bread baking courses or fire walking.
Located in the air spa resort Reinsfeld in the Saar-Hunsrück Nature Park and in the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park region, guests have the opportunity to unwind. Enjoy nature in the Osburger Hochwald, discover the beaver's habitat, or cycle on the former railway line - the Ruwer-Hochwald cycle path - towards Trier, the oldest city in Germany.
Of course, enjoyment should not be neglected. "Die Backstuff" provides you with deliciously fragrant bread or rolls in the morning, and in the afternoon you can enjoy tasty cakes. The ingredients come from regional businesses in the area.
