Rent and spa contribution can be transferred shortly before the stay or paid in cash on site. Payment by EC or credit card is not possible.

So far, we have not had to charge a cancellation fee and ask for fairness when booking and canceling.

It is important to us to have personal communication via phone and/or email.

We will agree on the time of handover on the day of arrival by phone.

To ease and simplify the process, we can use a key safe.

The handover usually takes place in person.

Tastefully furnished holiday home in immediate proximity to Oranienpark. 10 minutes to the spa and wellness facilities and to the city center. Non-smoking apartment. Parking in front of the house is possible. Stays of 3 nights or more available upon request.
