The holiday home is located in a secluded area on a former military site of the Bundeswehr. I acquired this property 25 years ago, and it remained dormant for a long time before being extensively renovated between 2020 and 2023. It is situated on a hill in a secluded location, surrounded by vineyards on the western and southern sides and forest on the eastern and northern sides. The excellent distant view of the nearby Soonwald offers breathtaking sunsets. As it is a former Bundeswehr building, all rooms are comparatively large and wheelchair accessible. The new kitchen is more than 20 m² in size and equipped with a fitted kitchen to the latest standards, including an oven, stove, microwave, freezer-refrigerator combination, and already has 8 seating places.
