The prices include additional costs (heating, water, electricity, Wi-Fi), bed linen, towels, firewood, and final cleaning! (The house must be left broom clean, and waste must be disposed of in the designated bins and bags. The inspection will be carried out by the landlord on the day of departure.)

The deposit is 100 euros and will be transferred with the down payment.

A down payment of 20% of the total price is due upon signing the contract. The remaining payment is to be transferred 14 days before arrival.

The key handover takes place via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.

A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.

Pets are allowed free of charge.

Parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations are not allowed in this accommodation. Please inform the accommodation 'Zur alten Linde' of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the special requests field when booking or contact the accommodation directly.

Check-in from 4 PM, check-out by 10 AM.

The charm of the old cozy farmhouse, with exposed rubble stone walls and old beams, invites you to slow down and enjoy your vacation, as does the adjacent barn, which has been lovingly converted with great attention to detail.

In the associated garden with a wonderful distant view, a garden house with a covered outdoor lounge and a sun terrace awaits our guests.

The small, idyllic village of Schmißberg is located about 3 km northeast of the district town of Birkenfeld, where you will find numerous shopping opportunities and restaurants. The hiking trail 'In the land of the Milan, stork, and co.' starts in Schmißberg. Many dream loops can also be easily reached by car in about 10 - 20 minutes from here.
