Welcome to our spacious and wheelchair accessible holiday home with approximately 200 m² of living space and a large garden. The house offers plenty of space for families or groups of friends and is located in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing and unwinding.
Due to the generous layout and extensive amenities, the house is perfect for a comfortable stay with multiple guests. It is particularly important to us that all guests feel at home – that’s why the house is wheelchair accessible and has appropriate facilities.

The holiday home is wheelchair accessible and features a lift in the house. Additionally, there is a wheelchair accessible bedroom, a wheelchair accessible shower, and a wheelchair accessible toilet, so that guests with limited mobility can enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The large garden and expansive outdoor area offer plenty of space to relax. Here you will find numerous seating options, a large terrace with awning, and a charcoal grill, which is ideal for cozy barbecue evenings.
There are also many parking spaces available directly at the house.

The holiday home is located in a quiet and pleasant environment in the village of Zerf. At the same time, you benefit from a very good infrastructure: Various shopping options, stores, and daily necessities are easily and quickly reachable on foot.
The surrounding area also invites you to extensive walks and hikes – nearby, you will find numerous beautiful hiking trails where you can discover the nature and landscape of the region.
Particularly attractive is the proximity to the historic city of Trier, which is only about 20 km away and is ideal for a day trip. There you will find numerous sights, restaurants, cafés, and shopping opportunities.

We rent our holiday home for a minimum stay of 3 days and a minimum number of guests of 4 people.

The prices include additional costs; we charge 50,-- € for the final cleaning.
Bedding is provided; only towels should be brought along.

Pets are welcome; we allow the bringing of 2 dogs; a 3rd dog is only allowed after prior agreement.
The cost is 7.50 € per dog per day.

How to reach us:
Coming from the A 1 motorway from Trier or Saarbrücken, take the exit Reinsfeld, and merge onto the Hunsrückhöhenstraße (B 407) to Zerf.
After entering the village, please take the first possible exit left into Schulstraße. Our holiday home is located on the left side of the street.

Coming from Trier, you can reach us via B 268, past the inn "Zum Panzhaus" towards Zerf. Follow B 268 to the roundabout. Take the 1st exit into the village onto B 407 – Trierer Straße. Follow the main road through the village until you can turn right into Schulstraße at the end of the village. Our holiday home is located directly at the beginning on the left side of the street.
