All additional costs are included in the price, except for the final cleaning. 

Children up to 6 years are free.

Minimum stay is 3 nights, during the season (01.07.- 15.09.) at least 7 days.
Shorter stays may be possible after consultation, max. 14 days before arrival.

Spend a few lovely days with your dog in our holiday home. Enjoy the time together with extensive hikes around Kell am See.

Description of dog services:

• Allowed number of dogs: 2
• Cost per dog/night: 8 €
• Size of the dog: maximum shepherd dog size
• The dog is allowed to move freely in the house
• Facilities for dogs: -
• Washing facility for the dog on the lawn
• Exercise area for the dog: lawn
• Hiking trail nearby: Traumschleife Ruwer Hochwald Schleife; extensive forest path network at the door
• Owners are liable for their dogs (dog liability insurance)

Check-out: 8:00 to 11:00 AM

Directions:

Coming from the Hunsrückhöhenstraße (entrance after the gas station), turn right into the village and after about 40 meters please turn right again into the street "Zeigwiese". After about 50 meters, turn left. After about 60 meters you will find our holiday home on the left side; turn right at the next possible junction and park your car about 40 meters to the right of the road.

Actually, my father had built a chicken coop. But before the first chicken could move in, the lake was created and the holiday village was built. He quickly turned it into a cozy holiday home!

Our chicken house is located on a large, nature-friendly and non-toxic maintained property.
On 40 m², living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom offer a cozy home for a while. A sunny covered terrace invites you to linger.

The bike path is 150 m away, and countless hiking trails in the area are waiting to be discovered.

Upon request, I am happy to advise you on beautiful hiking and cycling routes and nice excursion destinations.

I participate in the VRT project. This allows my guests to explore the surroundings comfortably and without parking worries and costs with the VRT guest ticket, e.g., Trier, Luxembourg, or Saarburg.
