On the arrival day, the house is available to you from 15:00 onwards. On the departure day, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00.
Self-check-in and -out is possible at any time by arrangement – completely uncomplicated and flexible.
You will receive all the information you need to arrive relaxed in good time before your arrival.
Parking spaces are available directly at the house, and a public parking lot is within walking distance.

The holiday home is run with a lot of heart and family spirit. We place great importance on cleanliness, personal care, and a pleasant stay.
In Nußbaum, the baker brings fresh rolls directly to the village twice a week. Everything else – supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies – can be found in the nearby Bad Sobernheim, just 3 km away.

Our spacious holiday home in Nußbaum is located in the picturesque Nahe Valley – perfect for those who appreciate relaxation, nature, and true hospitality. The house accommodates up to 9 people and is available for your exclusive use. It is wonderfully suited for families, groups of friends, or small groups.

The accommodation spans three floors and is lovingly furnished – with plenty of space to feel comfortable, sit together, and unwind. A fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area, several bedrooms, bathrooms on each floor, a bright lounge, and a large balcony on the upper floor make the house a place where you immediately feel at home.

In selected rooms, there are televisions, and of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. For longer stays (or with children), a washing machine and dryer are available upon request.

The barrier-free ground floor with an outdoor stair lift and accessible bathroom is also well-suited for guests with mobility restrictions. Pets are warmly welcome and free of charge. Children up to 3 years stay for free, and a reduced price applies for ages 4-17.

Parking is available directly at the house: two garage spaces, two outdoor parking spaces, and a public parking lot about 100 m away.

Check-in is possible from 3 PM, check-out until 10 AM. Upon request, we offer a straightforward self-check-in and -out – completely flexible according to your schedule.
