Many hiking opportunities right at your doorstep, combined with our newly renovated, spacious farmhouse and a large garden make your vacation unforgettable.

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city and enjoy the view over the vastness of the Hunsrück in the morning, you are exactly right with us.

Located in a small, idyllic village, our farmhouse (non-smoking household) offers everything for a relaxing family vacation. The holiday home is fully equipped and offers comfortable space for up to 4 people with approximately 120 sqm of living space.

Please note that no arrivals are possible on Sundays.

A deposit of €100.00 is required upon rental.

We would like to inform you that you must bring your own bed linen and towels.

For a fee of €25.00 per person, bed linen and towels can be provided for you. You can book this as an additional service.

The holiday home Hunolstein is a non-smoking holiday home, therefore smoking inside the house is not permitted. On the day of arrival, the holiday home is available from 3:00 PM, and on the day of departure until 10:00 AM. We rent the holiday home for the specified and agreed number of persons (max. 4 persons), including children. All other ancillary costs that do not exceed normal consumption are free of charge. Should the ancillary costs, such as heating, water, and electricity, significantly exceed normal consumption, we reserve the right to charge these afterwards. Bed linen and towels must be brought along or rented as a linen package per person/stay for €25. The house rules, which are located in the house, must be followed. Charging of e-cars is not permitted. Payment/Booking: A deposit of 30% is required upon booking. The remaining amount is to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival. For short-term bookings (up to 4 weeks before arrival), the total travel amount must be paid immediately. The waste is to be separated and disposed of in the provided containers. Wood for the fireplaces is located behind the house and is available free of charge. The grill grate must be cleaned after use. Please leave the dishes clean and in their place before departure. The house must be left broom clean upon departure. The information folder with house rules, which is located in the house, must be followed. Pets: Two dogs welcome Dog rules: We are pleased to offer you a spacious property of 5000 sqm, of which 4000 sqm is securely fenced. Please note that the fence is partially a wildlife fence - so it is not necessarily escape-proof for strong dogs. We ask you to collect the droppings of your four-legged friends throughout the entire area and in the surroundings - after all, we all want to enjoy nature. Digging holes or uprooting flowers and plants should also be avoided so that our garden continues to bloom and thrive. Please do not leave your dogs alone in the house so they do not get bored and perhaps cause some mishaps. Dogs that are used to staying nicely in the house are welcome to wait for their owners' return. It would be nice if your furry friends do not sleep in the bed or on the sofa, so that the next guests do not immediately know which breed stayed here. And not to forget: A pet owner liability insurance is required for any damages. We wish you and your furry companion a wonderful stay and many beautiful moments together!

Cancellation:
The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the rental agreement.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip; thereafter, 90% of the agreed travel price will be charged unless the holiday home can be occupied by another guest in the specified reservation period.
