Welcome to our holiday home! A small refreshment and a glass of homemade grape jelly are meant to sweeten your stay from the very beginning.

In the holiday home, you will find all the important information about your stay in a house folder. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Check-in is possible on the day of arrival from 1 PM, and check-out is on the day of departure until 12 PM. If you have personal requests regarding check-in and check-out, please contact us.

On the day of arrival, you will be provided with an access code for the front door, allowing you to come and go at any time during your stay.

How to find us
By car:
Take the exit Bad Sobernheim Mitte from the federal road 41. After the town sign, turn left into Breslauer Straße and then right into Berliner Straße after about 200 m. Keep left, and you will arrive after about 100 m.
By public transport / train:
From Bad Sobernheim train station, you can reach our holiday home in just over a kilometer or about 15 minutes on foot. A taxi service is available from the train station.
By bicycle:
Enjoy the unique natural beauty along the well-signposted Nahe cycle path. Bad Sobernheim is located directly on the Nahe cycle path, which passes about 1.5 kilometers from the holiday home.

The holiday home is equipped to be allergy-friendly, which is why smoking and pets are unfortunately not allowed.

With the exception of a flat rate of 150 euros for the final cleaning, all facilities are included: towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, gas grill, bicycles, and much more.

Children up to 2 years stay for free. From the age of 3, full price applies (always accompanied by 2 adults).

Directly opposite the entrance to the house is a lockable garden shed, which contains house bicycles and other leisure, sports, and play equipment. Do you not want to miss your personal bicycles on vacation? No problem: there are plenty of storage options available.

Staying longer or don’t want to travel with large luggage? Feel free to use modern washing and drying machines in the basement, as well as a steam ironing station.

You have booked? Wonderful. What else should you consider?

We trust our guests, which means that neither a deposit nor an advance payment is required. Please transfer the booking/invoice amount no later than 14 days before arrival. Please transfer the payment to our account. For last-minute bookings, we kindly ask you to transfer the total price on the day of booking.

The guest has a free right of withdrawal up to 14 days before arrival. A withdrawal must be made in writing. In case of withdrawal between 14 and 7 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the total travel price will be refunded to the guest. If the withdrawal occurs less than 7 days before the start of the trip, the guest will receive 10% of the total travel price back. Further information can be found in our terms and conditions.

The lovingly designed holiday home invites you to explore the leisure and nature experiences of the wine-growing region and to feel comfortable in a special atmosphere.

The holiday home, which has been extensively and tastefully renovated in spring 2024, invites you to relax and enjoy. Feel at home in a location that offers enough space for up to 8 people.
The holiday home features bright and friendly rooms as well as extensive amenities over a total living area of approximately 180 m². Many pictures are artistically self-designed and give the holiday home a unique atmosphere.

In the garden or on the approximately 30 m² covered terrace, garden furniture/sun loungers and a Weber gas grill are available. During the harvest season, feel free to enjoy our grapes and our fresh herbs such as rosemary, sage, peppermint, and lemon balm.

The Nahetal holiday home consists of two interconnected living units, which you can rent depending on the number of guests or usage type. Regardless of whether you rent one or both living units, the holiday home will always be used only by you. You will have privacy, and there will be no other tenants.

Are you traveling by car? Then a reserved parking space just for you should not be missing. Unload and load your vehicle comfortably and park it with us. The parking space is located nearby on private property. Are you also bringing a scooter and need a covered storage option? No problem. Everything is available.

Many personal furnishings that are dear to us will delight you. Because we trust you, we do not require a deposit. We ask for responsible and careful handling.

Comfortable access for guests
