The hotel “Alte Kellerei” is centrally located in the town of Kirn in the idyllic Nahe Valley, right at the foot of the Kyrburg. The princely winery was acquired in 1862 by the local Kirn Brewery, as they wanted to produce not only various types of beer but also other beverages. Until 1990, the facilities of the Vitaborn works were located in the building. “Vitaborn” was the fruit juice manufacturer. In 2005, an entrepreneur acquired the building and restored it from the ground up. Today, even the former Vitaborn building is listed as a historical monument. In this building, in addition to the hotel “Alte Kellerei,” there is now a fitness studio, massage practices, a hair salon, a snack bar, a stationery store, and much more. Since 2020, the “Alte Kellerei” has been operating as a pure hotel under new management and has been lovingly and dedicatedly renovated since then. Fourteen double rooms, which can also be rented as single rooms, are available.

Even though we are a “pure” hotel with breakfast options, we do everything possible to make your stay as relaxing as possible. In the immediate vicinity of our hotel, there are numerous dining establishments (from “quick” bites to fine dining). Our recommendation for a special taste experience: the Kyrburg in Kirn. And for “acute” thirst, we have positioned a well-stocked guest refrigerator in the entrance area for you - there should be something for every taste here. Feel free to enjoy the end of an eventful day in our “bar area.”
