A special hotel with a brasserie in an extraordinary landscape, that is “Typisch”.

Our brasserie: a space where you will feel at home right away. It has a warm, cozy atmosphere. Here or on the adjacent summer terrace, your day begins with a hearty breakfast. And it ends with a hearty meal. Mosel wines, typical of the region, complement the dishes perfectly. Delicious drops that pair excellently with a variety of dishes and are also enjoyable on their own. The fresh mountain air stimulates the appetite. Therefore, we focus on the classic delights of international cuisine in our restaurant: Italian antipasti and pasta, varied salads, juicy rump steaks, crispy chicken skewers from the grill, and of course, fine dishes from vegetarian and vegan cuisine. Everything is freshly prepared for you. From ingredients that we almost exclusively source directly from local farmers (and Mosel winemakers). That’s how good the Hunsrück tastes. 
And for those seeking a good night's sleep, you are in the right place. In your rooms, you will find wonderfully comfortable Auping box spring beds - by the way, 2.10 meters long - at a price that allows for peaceful sleep.
