A separate storage room for bicycles, ski, and hiking equipment is available in the basement for each apartment. A large play and sunbathing lawn is located behind the house. A parking space is available on the property. Use of washing machines and dryers is available for an additional fee. Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor of the house, consists of 3 rooms, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, separate WC, and terrace. It has a living area of approximately 86 sqm and is fully furnished with 4 sleeping options (2 in each bedroom), living and dining areas, and kitchen.
