The country holiday home Martha is nestled at around 480m above sea level in the midst of nature in the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park Region and the Saar-Hunsrück Nature Park in the municipality of Rascheid in Rhineland-Palatinate.
In our detached newly renovated house, you will find enough space for your family vacation or a holiday with friends.
On the ground floor, in addition to the fully equipped new fitted kitchen, there is a dining room, a cozy living room, and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor, our guests will find 3 double bedrooms as well as a modern bathroom with a shower.
Through the back exit, you enter the small winter garden, which also allows you to sit like in the garden even in less pleasant weather. From here, you can access the spacious garden with old trees via a staircase.
Our house has been completely energetically renovated and features a warm air heating system as well as a pellet stove.
Bicycle storage is available in the garden.
