You will be staying in a holiday home of approximately 70 sqm with 3.5 rooms over 2 floors. The house has a living kitchen including an oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, and a cozy stove; a daylight bathroom with shower, a separate living room, and a workspace. The furnishings are modern and high-quality, including real wood floorboards. The property was completely renovated in 2019. Other amenities include TV and Wi-Fi. We kindly ask you not to bring pets and not to smoke. In front of the house, there is a cozy outdoor seating area exclusively for guests.

The property can be booked for up to 3 people (1 double room, 1 single room, 1 baby bed). It is available for booking from 2 nights at €65/night for 2 people. It costs €75/night for an occupancy of 3 people.

Our detached 4-star **** house with its own entrance is located in a quiet area in the old town center of Bretzenheim directly by the Nahe river.

Approximately 70 sqm; 3.5 rooms over 2 floors, kitchen, daylight bathroom with shower, outdoor seating; bookable for up to 3 people (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with single bed; baby bed); separate living room, living kitchen including oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, and cozy stove; modern and high-quality furnishings with real wood floorboards, completely renovated in 2019; TV, Wi-Fi; no pets allowed.

Our house is just right for vacationers, workers, and business people.

Bretzenheim has a good infrastructure and is the perfect starting point for various excursion opportunities. A good connection to the highway will quickly take you to Bad Kreuznach (5km), Bingen am Rhein (15km), or Mainz (38km).

Diverse shopping options and restaurants can be found directly in the village. Our village bakery is within walking distance.

The train station and bus stop are also just a few minutes' walk away.

The Nahe cycle path runs through the old town center and is only about 50m from our holiday home.

We have lovingly furnished our holiday home for you and it leaves no wishes unfulfilled.
