Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 3 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11 AM.

You are welcome to use our Vitalresort thermal spa in the park & SPA free of charge on the day of arrival and departure during opening hours.

Please no smoking
In the interest of Medical Wellness and the natural healing orientation of our Vitalresort, we kindly ask you to consider that smoking is not allowed in guest rooms, on balconies, and in public areas.

Children
Many guests come to us to take a break from family life. Therefore, our young guests are not allowed in the Vitalresort thermal spa in the park & SPA. The use of the indoor pool is permitted when accompanied by parents.

Parking
Our outdoor parking spaces are free of charge for you. Carports are available for €5 per day upon reservation.

Please no pets
Unfortunately, your beloved pets must stay at home and cannot accompany you to the Vitalresort.
