Rooms

Our rooms are completely renovated and are located on the ground floor (2 rooms) and on the 2nd floor (1 room) of the house. All rooms are cozy and have a luxurious bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. A comfortable seating area and a comfortable box spring bed contribute to a relaxing stay at 'Birkenhof'. All rooms have a TV and WiFi connection.
The breakfast buffet is served in the common room, which you can also use during the day. Here you will find a coffee/tea station and other refreshments (drinks, snacks, etc.).

Apartment
The apartment (2-4 persons) is located on the 2nd floor. It is a fully equipped space with a seating and dining area and an open kitchen. A luxurious bathroom, a large bedroom, and a storage room complete the apartment. TV and WiFi connection available.
The apartment is offered on a self-catering basis.

There is space on the premises of the guesthouse to park your car.

Welcome to the website of our guesthouse Birkenhof in Duchroth. Duchroth (Village of Grapes and Roses) is a small idyllic village located directly on the Nahe Wine Route between the spa towns of Bad Kreuznach-Bad Münster am Stein and Bad Sobernheim. The Nahe region is one of the driest areas in Germany and is known for its excellent quality wines. The region is still a relatively unknown tourist area, but offers you an oasis of peace and relaxation just 250 km from Venlo. Especially hikers and cyclists will appreciate the largely untouched nature, as well as the cultural and historical value of this region. The Birkenhof is located on the outskirts, in a beautiful quiet location without through traffic. Here we offer you a cozy apartment for 2 persons and an apartment for 4 persons on a bed and breakfast basis, as well as 3 rooms (2 persons) on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast room is also available to you during the day for a cup of coffee/tea or a cozy gathering, as well as a bookshelf for relaxing reading or informational brochures about all the possibilities in this area.
