Payment in advance or cash on site upon arrival. Please contact the landlord!

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will incur a fee of 50% of the total costs, and cancellations within 14 days before arrival will incur a fee of 100% of the total costs.

Check-in is possible from 2 PM to 9 PM.
Check-out is possible until 10 AM.

The key handover takes place in person on site or via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.

Pets are not allowed!

Additional fees:

Deposit: €30.00 (to be paid in cash on site)

Pillow and bed covers as well as hand and sauna towels can be optionally booked for a fee of €15.00/person directly with the landlord and paid in cash on site.

Garden sauna: €20.00 / 2 hours of use (not per person!), to be paid in cash and arranged on site.

Check-in possible from 2:00 PM!

The Pods Alte Schule are located on the connecting road K9, between the villages of Schmissberg and Elchweiler, on the grounds of the Alte Schule! Parking for cars is available on the grounds of the Alte Schule!

Accessibility by bus and train:

• Train stations Idar-Oberstein or Neubrücke/Nahe.
• Transfer to bus line 830.
• Get off at Schmissberg (stop "Hohe Wiese")
• 400 m walk (downhill) to the Pods Alte Schule

The General Terms and Conditions:

The prices include heating, electricity, waste fees, and final cleaning.

To be done by the tenant:

• The rental costs must be paid before arrival (by bank transfer) or at the latest, in cash and by arrangement, upon arrival!
• The cleaning of cooking and dining utensils, cutlery, glasses, and the entire kitchen with electrical appliances.
• The separation and disposal of waste
  • Residual waste > waste bin at the house
  • Glass, organic waste, and cardboard/paper as well as "yellow sack" to be separated into the available containers > to remain on site
• Removal of all brought items (including food and drinks) from the POD and the property.
• The POD must be left broom clean!
• Bed sheets and possibly pillow and bed covers must be removed.
• The deposit is €30.00 and must be transferred up to 7 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings, the deposit must be paid on site. The refund of the deposit will be made within 10 days, provided the POD is left in a proper, damage-free condition, to an account you provide or, after cash payment and arrangement, in cash on site.

A cancellation up to 30 days before arrival is free of charge. For both last-minute cancellations and no-shows, 90% of the daily rental price for each day the POD cannot be rented out otherwise will be charged as a cancellation fee. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

Check-in is possible from 2 PM. Check-out must be done by 10 AM at the latest!

Any damages must be compensated by the tenant!
