Three-room apartment on the first floor of a condominium, situated in the spa area of the city of Bad Kreuznach, in immediate proximity to the spa park, thermal bath, spa house, and the island between the Nahe River and a branching canal, the Mühlenteich. In a spot located by the park, one can relax between two smaller graduation towers (salines) with a view of the Nahe heights, listen to the trickling of saltwater through the brushwood, while the mist of droplets from the nebulizer flows through the airways. The pedestrian zones of the city center are within walking distance; the train station is a bit further away, as well as the saline outdoor and indoor swimming pool and the neighboring graduation towers.

Still in its initial stage, guests have access to a comprehensive basic equipment that is intended to be supplemented or expanded over time and with growing experience.
