The payment is made on-site in cash.
Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations within the 5 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total costs.

Check-in is possible from 3 PM to 8 PM. After 8 PM, a self-check-in is available.
Check-out is possible between 7 AM and 11 AM.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request.
The key handover takes place personally on-site or, for arrivals after 8 PM, via a key box.
A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are allowed in selected rooms for a fee of €10 per pet/night.

The Schwollbachhof is a charming hotel garni in the heart of the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park, combining historic character with modern, sustainable amenities, offering a temporary home for families, groups, and individual travelers alike. Our 18 spacious guest rooms and four comfortable apartments – some accessible, many with mini-kitchens – provide flexibility and independence, while inviting communal areas such as the fireplace room, breakfast room with terrace, or the large self-catering kitchen create space for encounters, seminars, or social gatherings. The expansive outdoor area with meadows, fruit trees, a stream, and adjacent forest invites play, relaxation, or exploration and offers seasonal sweet fruits directly from the tree as well as atmospheric campfire evenings under the open starry sky. Thanks to the idyllic location, cycling and hiking tours start right at the doorstep, and those seeking tranquility will find it on the sunny terraces or in the lovingly designed barn garden. Owned by the same family for over 150 years and extensively renovated from 2023 to 2025, the Schwollbachhof today presents itself as a place of relaxation, encounter, and connection to nature – perfect for all who appreciate authenticity and modern comfort.

Your room will be ready for you on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 AM.

If you wish to arrive earlier or stay a little longer, an earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a small fee.

Our reception is staffed daily until 7:30 PM. If you arrive later, a self-check-in via our key box is easily possible – you will receive the information in good time before your arrival.
