Dream Loop "Da hohle Wää"
The dream loop "dä hohle Wää" combines many historical and... over a distance of nearly 5.8 kilometers.
In Damflos, we will explore the themes of 'charcoal burning' and 'the history of a forest hut village': Damflos owes its origin to charcoal burners and lumberjacks who settled in forest hut villages in the woods of Züsch in 1720. A high number of turners indicates a well-developed wood industry. Along our way by the Prims, we can view the Storywalk, which features changing themes several times a year. Crossing the Prims, we reach the charcoal burner, which illustrates the craft of charcoal burning.

Additional information
Through the 1st portal 'Romans & Celts', we now enter paths through the forest. Alongside information about Romans and Celts, we also find a panoramic board with an illustration of the former Roman camp after leaving the paths. We turn right back into the forest and continue our way directly left through the young forest stand. At the next opportunity, we follow the signs that lead us out of the forest to a junction. Here, we continue straight ahead and turn right into another forest area. Through the seemingly enchanted forest area, we first reach a wider forest path, where we turn right and already see a signpost that we follow to the left.
Now we are on the actual 'hollow path'. Due to intensive work, it is unfortunately not as hollowed out in the first section. To our right, we now see the 2nd portal 'dä hohle Wää'. Here we currently have a view of the municipality of Damflos, a former forest hut village. From this portal, we can also see nicely how the path has been carved into the scenery over the years. We stay on this path until we reach the Bruder-Klaus Chapel and thus the beautiful resting place in Damflos. Here we can linger and ring the bell in the chapel.
We continue to the right. We follow some panels to our right - our Storywalk. This tells us a story or provides information on certain topics through picture cards, which change several times throughout the year.
Once we have left the Storywalk behind us, we stay on the forest path for a while until we turn right and cross the 'Damflößchen' over wooden stumps and a small bridge. Here we turn right onto the wide forest path and follow it for some time. Now we can already see a bridge from a distance on the right side of the path. Cross the Prims and follow the small path to another forest path; turn right and at the next signpost turn left. Now we climb up an old machine path to the 3rd portal 'Charcoal Burner' and a charcoal burner. After a short break, we can continue on the path and reach a forest road via a narrow path, where we turn left. We follow this wide path for some time. A marker now sends us back into the forest to the right, up a slope. Through the dense forest, we walk parallel to the somewhat distant road to another forest road. We turn right and directly at the high seat turn left again. We now follow this path until we see the 1st portal 'Romans & Celts' to our right again. Now we follow the signage on the wide path back to the right and return to the parking lot at the starting point of the Forest Stadium.
