11. Rock Church Stair Run
There are two routes to choose from:
1. Short: 5.4 km, 350 steps, 246 meters of elevation
2. Long: 8.1 km, 510 steps, 468 meters of elevation
There is no walking category, but walking is allowed. Everyone will be happy here, from hobby joggers to elite athletes. Great prizes, awards ceremony by the German Gem Queen.
Trial runs: take place every Tuesday at 6:00 PM starting from the Oberstein marketplace, beginning May 12.
