Evening tour at Dhaun Castle
Visit Dhaun Castle, one of the largest and most powerful castles in the Nahe Valley, and let a connoisseur of the castle's history take you back to the Middle Ages and the modern era. In addition to the historical developments with and around the castle, you will learn about the life of the nobility in the Wild- and Rheingrafschaft and the very different life of the population, including serfdom, forced labor, feuds, festivals, and more from that time. The restored chapel appears mystical in the subtle light and gives a glimpse of life in earlier times.
