Pure tradition: The Martinsgans

In proven cooperation with the Langenlonsheimer butcher Reusch, we will serve you a classically prepared Martinsgans on these evenings. Look forward to a menu that warms the heart and soul:

Main course: Juicy goose, served with fine red cabbage and fluffy potato dumplings.

Veggie option: We are happy to prepare a vegetarian alternative for you upon request.

Please note that on these evenings our regular menu will be paused to focus entirely on the enjoyment of goose.

Schedule & Details

Admission: From 5:00 PM – arrive at your leisure and start with an aperitif.

Dinner: Served around 6:30 PM.

Wine pairing: We are happy to advise you on selecting the right wines from our cellar that perfectly complement the aroma of the goose.
