Erik Koch invites you to a four-course menu that makes tangible what his Heimatküche will stand for in the future: regional traditions, artisanal precision, and a personal touch.
And anyone who has wondered what lies behind this “Deichelmauke” will receive their delightful answer that evening.
The musical framework is provided by BUSKERS DELUXE. The band welcomes the guests for the opening and accompanies the conclusion of the evening. In between, the stage belongs to Erik Koch, his kitchen, and the first encounter with the new Heimatküche.
