On January 19, 2027, Rhythm of the Dance - Live 2027 will come to the Messe Idar-Oberstein.
After the resounding success of the anniversary tour and the sold-out shows of recent years, Rhythm of the Dance returns in 2027 stronger than ever. The Irish dance and music spectacle combines the primal power of traditional sounds with a modern, visually striking production and takes the audience on an immediate, touching journey through Irish culture and history.
"This is the new chapter of Irish music and step dancing," says choreographer James Greenan. " We preserve the roots - and develop them further. On stage, we tell powerful, personal stories that hit straight to the heart."
Rhythm of the Dance is much more than a dance show: Lively choreography, captivating live music, and dynamic stage designs weave pre-Celtic traditions with contemporary rhythms. Nimble feet in perfect synchronization, elaborate costume changes, spectacular light and sound designs, as well as powerful voices create two hours of intense emotions and impressions.
