I invite you to join me on a section of the Hildegard Way from Bad Sobernheim to the sacred site of the monastery ruins on Disibodenberg. There will be moments of silence, as in stillness we can be fully present with ourselves, perceive nature and the landscape more intensely, and experience much deeper mindfulness than when we are distracted by the outside world. Along the way, spiritual impulses will invite reflection, and walking in community and exchanging thoughts with like-minded people is always beneficial.
On Disibodenberg, I would like to walk the labyrinth in silence with you. We will have the opportunity to contemplate what the labyrinth has to do with our own life labyrinth.
It’s about feeling, self-experience, and depth. Here you can connect with the hidden forces that help us navigate through our individual life labyrinth.
Turns and twists lead us to insights and to ourselves through the center. A journey of discovery begins. It leads to the goal, often different from what we imagine or hope for. Perhaps you will find your red thread in life, as the labyrinth is not a maze. Often, a change in perspective makes the red thread or the meaning in life conscious. An exciting journey to oneself.
