The name "Straußwirtschaft" comes from the old custom that the winemaker hangs a bouquet at the gate when he is open for guests. Our wine tavern has been welcoming visitors since 1981.
It offers guests regional dishes and local specialties that pair excellently with our wines. We have 2 rooms with seating for 100 guests. They are ideal for family celebrations, wedding parties, and excursion groups. In summer, you can also take a seat in our wine garden. The spacious grounds of our "Straußwirtschaft in the Green" make children's hearts soar. We are very pleased that our Straußwirtschaft has been awarded the title "Recommended Wine Garden." Only wine taverns that offer guests above-average quality receive this distinction.
