Customer and Service Center at the Train Station Bundles Service Offers
Where to put the expensive e-bike when you want to shop in peace in the city or are looking for a safe parking space at the train station as a commuter? And where can you conveniently rent an e-bike or even an electric car or have a repair done? This question has been answered since autumn 2020 by the Mobility and Information Point at Bad Kreuznach train station. The offer is aimed at commuters as well as guests. The largest part of the Mobility and Information Point is the bicycle parking garage.
Bicycle Parking Garage Open 24 Hours
230 parking spaces for bicycles are available here in 24-hour operation. A part of them are particularly secure boxes. Access is via a turnstile, where you pull and validate a parking ticket. This costs 0.50 euros per day for the simple parking spaces and 1.00 euro per day for the boxes. The entire facility is equipped with video surveillance. Of course, you can also charge your e-bike here.

Car Sharing - Conveniently Rent an Electric Car
Through Nahe-Mobil, you can conveniently rent an electric car at the Mobility and Information Point. However, you must first register as a customer with the Nahemobil service offered by the municipal utilities. After that, all bookings can be made conveniently online.
