Bookshelf in Pfalzfeld

Since March 2021, a bookshelf in Pfalzfeld has been providing reading material for all residents of the area. This 'piece of furniture' is open 24/7 and operates on a very simple system: Someone places their already read books in the shelf, and others take them out in exchange. The 'book patrons' Renate Schöller and Rainer Schumann ensure that everything is always organized and that there is enough reading material available for both young and old. The bookshelf, sponsored by Westnetz AG, is located at the new bus waiting area 'Am Backesplatz' and is a great offer that livens up the public space and supports the culture of sharing.
