The altar with the Baroque figures of Saints Apollinaris, Johannes von Nepomuk, and Barbara (1747) likely comes from the Engelport monastery. The altar paintings (1750) depict the images of Saints Eucharius, Valerius, and Matthew.
The two bells, consecrated by Pastor Thiel in 1853, remained in Forst until World War I. The two new bells acquired after the war fell victim to World War II. In 1949, Forst received a bell again, which was consecrated by Pastor Mohr.
