Chapel of the Sorrowful Mother

The Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows follows immediately after the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross on September 14. The feasts are related to each other in an inner way. On the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, the Cross of Jesus is venerated (as a sign of victory). On the Feast of the Sorrowful Mother, Mary's compassion is praised.
