Dream Loop "Königsfeld Loop"

The focus of the Traumschleife is on impressive views of the diverse high forest landscape with its embedded high forest villages. On a hike along the Königsfeldschleife, one can experience the exciting history of the Hunsrückbahn up close. A section of the trail runs past the tracks and bridges of the former Hunsrückbahn. A glance at the impressive viaduct between Geisfeld and Rascheid makes the hearts of railway enthusiasts race. Three information boards along the route tell the story of the Hunsrückbahn, the viaduct, and the Königsfeld graves.
