Binger Wald Experience Trail

The idyllic experience trail leads as a 4.5 km circular route through the most beautiful areas of the Binger Forest. It surprises both young and old with rustic forest sounds, impressive forest inhabitants, and takes you to enchanted corners. Who would expect a Roman villa rustica in the middle of the forest or an adventurous suspension bridge over a gorge?
The Binger forest mouse and her friends accompany you along the path. Through picture panels, they repeatedly provide suggestions for experiencing nature with all your senses. The Binger Forest experience trail can also be explored via an interactive map at home or on the go.
The experience trail is accessible via several forest and hiking paths as well as two paved access roads. Access is possible by car or, to some extent, by public transport. The official parking areas for the trail are located at Bodmannstein and at the Forsthaus Heilig Kreuz.
