Along the 4.5 km long "Healing Path" in the Healing Forest, there are information boards about the Felke elements and suggestions for forest bathing.
In the "Healing Forest for Everyone", selected stations invite you to consciously listen, smell, taste, and see along the approximately 1.2 km barrier-free circular hiking trail. A forest clearing, equipped with seating, offers space and invites meditation. At the starting point of the barrier-free path, there are a barrier-free toilet and barrier-free parking spaces.
In the "Active Forest", there are numerous stations along a distance of over 5.2 km that encourage climbing, balancing, crawling, and jumping. These exercises are inspired by the movements of forest inhabitants – wild boars, squirrels, deer, ants, and many more.
Please note:
Use at your own risk! The paths and play areas are not cleared. The barrier-free "Healing Path for Everyone" and the toilet are accessible from March 1 to October 31.
The "Healing Path" ends with a steep descent. This section of the path is equipped with steps, is not suitable for strollers, and is only passable for experienced hikers.
